BCM GRC wrap over checker plate lids can be used as a substitute lid for use on pre cast concrete channel. Being one quarter of the weight of its equivalent pre cast lid, for example C/1/10 GRC substitute lid is 10kg whereas C/1/10 pre cast is 42kg, the BCM GRC lid is easier and quick to get to site because more lids fit to a pallet and more pallets can be put on a train. The BCM GRC lid is virtually unbreakable so you do not end up replacing broken lids time and again.
